Alex and Sabrina met in 2011 while they were still in high school. Even though they never had class together, Alex would skip Spanish class to go into Sabrina's Ceramics class to work on unfinished projects. Even though Alex claims he noticed Sabrina, she claims that she noticed him first. They began to get to know each other but didn't start dating until 2014 when they were both in college. Since they already had known each other for 3 years, Alex asked Sabrina to be his girlfriend after only 2 dates. Their entire relationship was long distance until they got engaged after almost 6 years together. The year they started dating was also the year that Sabrina's abuelito passed away so Alex never got to meet him. Since her abuelito meant so much to her, on the 6th year anniversary of her abuelito's passing, Alex took Sabrina to the cemetery and proposed right in front of her abuelito's tombstone. The weekend of their wedding, they will have been together 9 years & married over 2 years and they can't wait to FINALLY celebrate their love with everyone they care about!
