FAQs

Here are a few common questions we wanted to highlight but feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any others!
Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please be sure to arrive around 5:45pm for a 6pm start.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, dark suits and ties, etc.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour will be a mix or indoor/outdoor and the reception will take place indoors. All events will take place on the same premise. In case of poor weather, we will move the ceremony indoors.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Early May in New England can be tricky. Plan for brisk temperatures in the 50s to 60s with cooler evenings. Check the weather closer to the event though, as we could also see warm days in 70s.

Question

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We're looking into transportation options to get everyone from the hotels to the wedding venue. If you'd like to take the transportation method we offer, please let us know. Please email Alejandra if you're interested in transportation to and from the hotel blocks at autreradesign@gmail.com.

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a lot that can fit about 50 cars.

Question

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please inform us of dietary restrictions/allergies when you RSVP.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, but bring cash for tips!

Question

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The reception will end at 11:30pm. We're still determining post-reception plans.

Question

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

We ask that everyone be responsible and test prior to attending if you're feeling symptoms. While we want to celebrate with everyone, we don't want people to get sick either.

Question

What's the best way to contact you if I have additional questions?

Answer

Send us an email at autreradesign@gmail.com (Alejandra) or dduncanbla@gmail.com (Denzel) if you have any other questions for us.
