We recommend flying in to the Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla Guadalajara International Airport since it's the closest one to the city center.
To get from the airport to the hotel, we strongly recommend hiring a taxi from the kiosks located inside the airport. Uber (but NOT Lyft) is available to easily get around the city. Additionally, the front desk at the Hyatt Regency Andares can arrange for a taxi.
Guadalajara no longer enforces the use of masks. From our experience, masking was not enforced inside businesses, restaurants, taxis and Ubers. However, it is possible that you will be asked to wear a mask inside the airport!
The average maximum temperature in December is 77°F / 25.0°C with lows of 50°F / 10.0°C, particularly at night. It'll be brisk during the day and cool at night with no chance of rain.
We respectfully ask that no children attend the wedding ceremony or reception.
The drive from the airport to the Hyatt Regency Andares can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the traffic and time of day.
The drive from the Hyatt Regency Andares to Hacienda La Escoba takes anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes depending on the traffic and time of day. We will be offering a shuttle service to and from the venue!
The shuttle service will be picking up guests at the Hyatt Regency Andares and taking them to the wedding venue, Hacienda La Escoba. At the end of the night, guests will be picked up at Hacienda La Escoba and dropped off at the Hyatt Regency Andares.
The dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is black tie. Tuxedos, dark suits, and floor-length gowns are best for black tie weddings!
We will be offering our guests kosher-style meals, including a vegetarian option.
