HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM IN THE ROOM BLOCK?

Answer

To reserve a room, use the link under Hotels & Travel Info or call the hotel directly and mention "Yu & Bell Wedding" to receive the group rate. We have discounted rates at The Conrad, Grand Hyatt, and Marriott Marquis. Please note: - Marriott Marquis room block closes on April 23 - The Grand Hyatt room block closes on April 25. - The Conrad room block closes on April 30.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Please arrive by 2:15 PM for the ceremony. Cocktail hour starts at 5 PM.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Chartered buses will run between Conrad Hotel and the National Arboretum. The current schedule is as follows: - 4:30 PM - Pick-up from Conrad Hotel to the reception. - 8:00 PM - First return shuttle from the Arboretum to Conrad Hotel. - 10:00 PM - Final return shuttle with drop-offs at Conrad Hotel and Old Ebbitt Grill
