Do I have to RSVP ?

Answer

Yes, if you plan on attending. Everyone must RSVP in order to ensure we can accomodate everyone.

Will there be parking?

Yes, there is a parking deck at the hotel that offers valet and self-parking.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend by replying no, or changing your initial response if changes happen

Where is the nearest Airport ?

Answer

Charlotte Douglas is the closest airport to Charlotte, but Concord has a smaller one that is not too far.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guest seating will start at 4:30 and end at 5:10. The processional will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please plan to arrive accordingly because after 5:15pm you will not be able to enter until after the ceremony.

Where is the nearest hotel for out of town guests ?

Answer

We have a room block at the host hotel for out of town guests scheduled from the Friday to the Sunday after. There is not a minimum number of days for this discount.
