This is NOT the wedding venue. The bride and groom will be staying here November 8-15, 2023. Our group/event name is BRAINIAC WEDDING. Reservation Code (valid until October 1, 2023) = BRWK23C. If you receive a rejection, the bride (Karen) needs to add more rooms to the group event; let her know immediately. Hotel encourages booking online: www.Suncoastcasino.com/Groups. **NOTE: For ADA/accessible rooms, it is recommended to call the hotel directly to ensure your room meets your specific needs as much as possible: (702) 636-7111. Deposit required: first night’s room and tax. Any cancellations/changes to reservation must be done 3 days prior to arrival. Rates are net, per room, per night, allowing single or double occupancy. If the hotel knows more than two people will be sharing per room, they will apply an additional charge per night plus tax. (Clark County Nevada room tax rate is currently 13%; subject to change without notice.) Mandatory Resort Fee $29.99 + room rate, subject to change without notice, includes room and hotspot Wi-Fi, access to fitness center, in-room coffee and safe. Early check in/late check out must be pre-approved by hotel’s front desk manager + additional $25 per room. Required at check in: Photo ID and valid credit card. Parking is Free. Marijuana Rules: while it is legal in Nevada, the hotel follows federal law, which still says it’s illegal; therefore, on the hotel property it is illegal to possess, use, buy, sell, or cultivate it. Swimming pool access is seasonal (usually available April 1 – October 1). Safety and Welfare Checks may be conducted after two consecutive days of posting “Do No Disturb” sign. The bride and groom suggest answering the door naked to demonstrate to staff you’re safe and well.
