Can I park?

Answer

The venue has about fifty parking spots, with sixty additional overflow spots behind the building. Alternatively, you can park near the Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel and take the shuttle to the venue at 4:15 PM. Please be warned the road to the venue is a curvy mountain road. If that intimidates you, you can park near the Sheraton Palo Alto hotel and take the shuttle bus in.

When will dinner be served?

Answer

Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM. Cocktail hour will go from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

Can I bring an extra guest?

Answer

Please reach out to Albert or Judy. Unfortunately the venue has limited seating so accommodating unexpected guests can be a challenge.

Will there be shuttle buses?

Answer

A shuttle bus will be provided, running from the Sheraton Palo Alto to the venue and back. The shuttle bus will depart the hotel at 4:25 PM. It will leave the venue and head back to the hotel at 10:00 PM.

Is there guest parking near the hotel?

Answer

The hotel has limited guest parking. There are also several parking garages within walking distance. And of course, street parking is always available.
