Vacation or Wedding? Why not both!

During junior year of High School at Live Oaks, we participated in Skills USA . She was about to leave for the trip but didn’t have a manager to help her get elected. So, my welding instructor asked if I would like to go on the trip and be her manager to help get her elected and I said yes. On this trip we started to get to know one another and while she was practicing for her speech. We sat in the lobby for hours talking. The next day she gave her speech and then it was time for me to go out and start wheeling and dealing with other schools in our district to get her elected. After the voting commenced she was elected by the other schools and she had a spot on the board. Now after that trip we started hanging out and one thing lead to another and we were inseparable. From High School sweethearts, to buying a house, and to getting married. We couldn’t thank everyone enough for helping us along this journey! All of you are amazing people and that’s why we want to spend this opportunity with you. Thank you all!
