We met in biology class our Sophomore year of high school. It wasn't until our junior year that we realized we enjoyed each others company. It started with a few group hangouts, then driving around town for hours getting to know each other. We just clicked. We spent time laughing and learning everything about one another. A few months later, we finally realized this could be something and started dating 12. 02. 2009.

Almost everyone knows I have been waiting for Dan to propose for a very long time. About a week short of our 9 year anniversary Dan planned a very special day at Longwood Gardens. We were walking around and came across a gazebo and Dan said "Let's take a selfie in the gazebo", which I thought was odd because he doesn't like to take pictures. Little did I know, he was trying to position us, so the photographer could capture the beautiful moment. The next thing I knew Dan started saying how much he loved me (cried a little) and he was down on one knee. I cried, and shouted "Yes", and we were engaged! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
