Question
Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside on grass. PLEASE keep your footwear in mind. The trail to the ceremony space is flat and even, but not paved. Please be courteous of the time it may take to walk to get seated. We will have transportation for those who need assistance. Reception will be indoors.

What should I wear?
Answer
Semi formal: cocktail dresses, party dresses, maxi dresses, jumpsuits, slacks, suits, ties. Please wear what feels good and gets you on the dance floor!

Will there be food?
Answer
Yes. One of our most favorite restaurants, The Pono Hukilau owned by Christian and Natasha Jakobsen (Hawaiian cuisine) will be providing appetizers for cocktail hour and dinner will be buffet style. We’re so excited to have their food and their staff on the big day.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes. Beer, wine and signature cocktails will be available. Please remember to tip if you can.

When does it end?
Answer
We will be doing a send off at about 8:15 pm after cake cutting and dancing. From 8:30- 11pm will be the “after party”.

Where is the venue?
Answer
Take hwy 101 to Clear Lake rd. Follow for about 1 mile. Camp Baker will be on your right. Follow through the gate and park in the gravel lot on the right. It’s a Boy Scout campground and we have the entire property. This means if you bring a sleeping bag and tent you don’t have to worry about a ride home.

What else should I know?
Answer
Transportation. Florence is a small town so ride share is minimal. River city Taxi will be on call for the event but there is no Uber, no Lyft. Please plan accordingly.
