Things To Do

There are so many things to see and do in and around Dublin, so we've listed just a few options that make us excited.
Irish Balloon Flights

Irish Balloon Flights

Castle Street, Abbey View, County Meath, Ireland

Float over patchwork fields, ruins, castles and churches aboard a hot-air balloon. Flights last an hour, followed by champagne or soft drinks. Kids must be eight or older. It's only 15 minutes from the wedding venue! 7am or 7pm only.

Cliffs of Moher

Cliffs of Moher

Lislorkan North, County Clare, Ireland

A spectacular trip that awaits you just beyond the city is a tour of the marvelous Cliffs of Moher. These natural wonders have been used for various film shoots, such as Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince and The Princess Bride. The wedding couple will be going here the day after the wedding!

Wicklow Mountains

Wicklow Mountains

Laragh West, County Wicklow, Ireland

One of the best day trips out of the city is a tour of Wicklow Mountains. Famously known for the filming location of the popular romance film, P.S. I Love You, this unbelievably beautiful landscape looks even more magnificent in person than it does on screen.

Guinness Storehouse

Guinness Storehouse

Ushers, County Dublin, Ireland

The Guinness Storehouse is one of the most popular tourist attractions in all of Ireland. A ticket to the Guinness factory will take you on a tour through seven floors of Irish brewing history. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off at the Gravity Bar on the 7th floor, where you can enjoy a refreshing pint of Guinness with a 360 degree view of the Dublin skyline.

The Temple Bar

The Temple Bar

47-48 Temple Bar, Dublin, County Dublin D02 N725, Ireland

Established in 1840, this pub is among the most frequently visited and photographed in the country. The Temple Bar prides itself with Live Music Sessions every day and brings together a fine sample of talented musicians from around the country.

The Irish House Party

The Irish House Party

27 Pembroke Road, County Dublin, Ireland

The Irish House Party is Dublin’s unmissable Irish music and dance show. It is hosted by All Ireland champion musicians, dancers and entertaining presenters in an intimate and homely dinner theater setting. You will be served a delicious three-course Irish dinner, then the music, singing and dancing begins. The show is suitable for all ages, and families with children are welcome.
