We encourage carpooling, as parking downtown is sometimes limited. The streets around St. Michael's are one ways. The church has a small parking lot, which you can enter by turning left on Mill Street (see map). To exit the church parking lot, turn left onto 5th Ave. For your safety, please don't try to enter the church lot through the 5th Ave. exit.

There is also paid street parking around the church. Your best bet is Mill St., either right next to the church or on the block just past 5th Ave., next to PSU.

There's also a paid parking lot (highlighted in yellow) on 5th and Mill, which you can enter by turning left on 5th Ave. It costs more than street parking, but there are always spots available.

St. Michael's is also easily accessible by public transit (bus, street car, or MAX); please see the highlighted transit stop on the map. 

Note that there's a ramp to the church from the church lot, and stairs from the sidewalk.


The Madeleine has a parking lot and free street parking.
