Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is a small parking lot at the venue, as well as the entire street in front. Parking may be limited, so we advise that you avoid bringing a car to the venue or carpool, if possible. We recommend booking a stay at our recommended hotel, Best Western, as found on our Travel page through this website. If we can get 20 rooms booked, there will be a shuttle service going back and forth from Best Western to the venue. Rooms are currently limited so we recommend booking ASAP! Anyone staying in another hotel, we would advise still getting an Uber to the wedding from the hotel (and this way you can celebrate with no worries 😉🥂).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want to see our guests all dressed up! It’s likely going to be a hot day. Plan to be outside during the ceremony, but the reception will be indoors with AC. Cocktail attire or formal are preferred/recommended. And don’t forget to wear deodorant! 😅

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love the kids, kindly, we would like to limit the younger children in attendance at our wedding to those of our family members, if a sitter is not an option.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When RSVPing, we ask that you please limit your guest count to those who your invitations are addressed to. We are going to be pulled in every direction during the wedding, so we would prefer not to be meeting people for the first time, unless otherwise indicated on your invitation. If you have any questions, please feel free to text either Aidan or Sydney.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Nearly every food item at the wedding will be gluten and peanut free, as Sydney and Aidan cannot have these. However, we invite you to please share your allergy information with us, and we can arrange with the venue to have a special plate made for you in case our selected buffet options contain these ingredients.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to be at the ceremony no later than the 5pm start time/during the ceremony. 15-30 minutes before the ceremony is ideal, however, those who are staying at the Best Western Stagecoach Inn are still encouraged to utilize the 4pm departure time provided by the shuttle service (that way not every hotel guest will be piling onto the shuttle in the 4:30pm departure time slot together.)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend Best Western Stagecoach Inn (find the link in the Travel section), as we have a room block with them and they’re not too far from the venue.

Shuttle service

Answer

If you are staying at the Best Western Stagecoach Inn, we have a shuttle service set up. The shuttle will depart from the hotel for two rounds only. First round is a 4:00 pm departure, and the second is a 4:30 pm departure from the hotel. After the wedding, the shuttle will be out front for guests to leave through the evening, last departure being at 11pm. We encourage utilizing the shuttle service, due to limited parking. 😊

What if I RSVP, but then end up not being able to come?

Answer

We get it, things come up and life happens. If something comes up and you realize you or someone in your party are unable to make it to the wedding, PLEASE LET US KNOW!! It’s fine, but just text Aidan or Sydney, as we are saving for our honeymoon and want to make sure we are not paying extra for anything we don’t need to pay for. We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you all! ✨🥂
