This is arguably Richard and Aidan's favorite restaurant, located conveniently next to Cha Community (for any boba tea lovers). Aidan's go-to order is a pork gyro with feta fries, while Richard opts for a chicken gyro - hold the tzatziki - and regular fries. Yum!
Baylor University
Richard & Aidan's alma mater! Visit the bear habitat, enjoy the beautiful red brick buildings, and walk along the historic Founders Mall.
Cameron Park
Who knew that Waco is home to the second-largest municipal park in the nation (behind Central Park in NYC)? Check out the walking trails along the Brazos River, the impressive zoo, and the many scenic photo opportunities. Richard even completed his Eagle Scout project at the Cameron Park Clubhouse, where he oversaw construction of an outdoor classroom.
Dr Pepper Museum
Believe it or not, Waco is the birthplace of Dr Pepper! Stop by the museum for a fascinating look at the history behind Aidan's favorite soft drink.
Homestead Heritage
For our guests who love connecting with nature or working with one's hands, we recommend checking out this wonderful site. Magnolia Market
When in Waco, it only makes sense to visit the famous Magnolia Market. True locals don't spend tons of time here, but it's fun to see the variety of shops Chip and Jo have assembled downtown. Don't forget to try a treat from the Magnolia Bakery!
