Ceremony & Celebration

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Please arrive at the venue by 3:30pm. Cocktail hour will begin directly after the ceremony. There will be a partially hosted bar, meaning, beer, wines, & seltzers are at no charge for guests. However, please come prepared for a cash bar for other cocktails and mixed drinks. *The ceremony site is about a 3-5 minute walk on a grass and mulch pathway so have that in mind when planning what to wear! Also, be aware of the October weather, bring a jacket for the end of the night if you need to. Key Events: 4:00 Ceremony (after ceremony there will be a receiving line) ALL family and their significant others stay near the alter after the receiving line to do family portraits 4:30 Cocktail hour starts in the white barn patio 5:45 Sunset photos (Adam & Aida leave white barn 6: 20 Grand Entrance 6:30 Dinner 7:00 Speeches 7:15 First Dance 7:30 Cake Cutting and Reception Begins 9:55 Adam and Aida have last dance alone 9:59 Sparkler Send Off 10:00 Final Goodbyes
