We're getting married!

Ahmad & Rosa met the modern way. Rosa's Version: Rosa was casually scrolling through Instagram one day when she sees a direct message in her inbox. She opens her inbox and sees a message from an Ahmad, while she opens the message and reads " I would spend all day rolling grape leaves with my mother just to get a cup of coffee with you" she quickly knew he was the one. The attention to detail and patience it takes to roll Warak Dawali is impressive. She felt intrigued to continue this conversation. She took him up on the offer and the rest is history. Ahmad's Version: After some time of speaking and confirming Ahmad was likely not a serial killer, instead of coffee Ahmad Bartered with Rosa to grab Middle Eastern food. At the restaurant, all Ahmad could focus on was this glaring radiant beauty that walked in through the door. He didn’t know at the time, but she was nervous to walk in and greet him. All it took to ease her anxiety was Ahmad ordering food and saying “Can I have two chicken Sha-worm-ahhs, oh-yeah and two miy-yahs (water) please.” Ahmad purposefully being his silly self made it easy for any tension to fold. Conversation immediately ensued - If there was a way to describe chemistry between two people; it could be described by that connection; A stimulating dialogue with no pauses, tons of laughs, smiles and a recognition of affection. It was evident to Ahmad after that night that Rosa would be his wife.
