When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are kindly asking you to RSVP by January 22nd so we can give our venue and vendors a close to accurate count!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We plan to begin the ceremony promptly at 4:00 PM so please plan to show up around 3:30 PM.

Question

Will it be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we have already paid for the bartender along with all of the drinks that will be served that evening. We will have a variety of beers, wines, cocktails, and shots for you to choose from. We will also be setting out a tip jar for those wanting to give a little extra to our hard working bartender!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome as our venue has a playground set and a sandbox for the children to play in as long as they are being supervised per the venues request.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a huge dirt lot on the property of our venue. There will be signs pointing to parking along with security and a traffic guard to help keep the flow of traffic moving smooth and safe.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking for those attending to wear formal attire. You do not need to wear a tuxedo, but please no shorts and flip flops. One thing to keep in mind is our venue is mostly grass, so just a heads up for those wanting to wear heels!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are kindly asking just for your presence on our special day. However, if you feel so inclined, we will have a "honey pot" set out for small donations to help fund our honeymoon as well as a small registry on Amazon (linked in the registry tab).

Do you have any hotel recomendations?

Answer

Yes! There are many hotels in the Clovis area. We have included a few options under the "travel" section on our website.

If I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES, please do! We plan to have a taco truck come out to serve our guests, but please do not hesitate to let us know so we can properly prepare to feed you!
