FAQs

Please reach out to Agaisha or Michael if you have additional questions.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website by March 26, 2020. If you have not responded by then, we will assume you are not coming and RSVP “no” on your party’s behalf😔.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm.

Question

My name isn’t showing up on the RSVP, what does this mean?

Answer

If you’re name does not show up when you RSVP, please reach out to Agaisha or Michael to be sure your name is spelled correctly and/or check that you’re on the guest list.

Question

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

If your RSVP says “and Guest” or lists the name of a guest, then yes, if not, then we have only reserved 1 seat for you.

Question

I forgot to RSVP, can I still attend?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP, you will not be able to attend.

Question

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

We are asking that you bring a mask to wear as you go down the buffet line. If you would like to wear a mask for any other part of the wedding, you are welcome to.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semiformal or dressy casual. Please note, we will be outside for a good portion of the wedding and the barn lacks AC, but does get plenty of air flow. Please dress accordingly.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids, but would like a kid free ceremony and reception.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

No, we have chosen to have an alcohol free wedding experience. BYOB is also prohibited. We don’t need alcohol to have a good time!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Food allergies need to be specified when you RSVP and/or shared with Agaisha or Michael ASAP.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available on site.

Question

What are you doing in light of COVID-19?

Answer

To help keep us as safe as possible, we want to make you aware of the following: *The venue will be properly sanitized prior to your arrival. *Use the antibacterial hand soap and sanitizer provided by the venue as often as possible during the event. *We have strategically assigned you to a table with no more than 7 guests, with the exception of our closest family. *Dinner will be served to you buffet style. The servers will place the food on your plate, so you will not need to touch the serving utensils. We ask that you wear a mask as you go down the buffet line. We will not be providing masks, so please bring your own. *The ceremony and “appy” hour will take place outside, while the reception will be held inside the barn, with several open entry ways for continuous airflow. *Most importantly, if you are not feeling well or are running a fever prior to the wedding, we ask that you not attend for the safety of others.
