Can I RSVP online or must I mail in the RSVP card?

Answer

We are trying to keep RSVP’s as streamlined as possible. Please RSVP by mailing us back the provided card. If you are unable to do this for some reason, please text (774-278-8450), or email (95NewEngland24@gmail.com).

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please be sure to RSVP by August 17th, 2024. Please note that late RSVP’s may not be able to be accommodated.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The ceremony will be uncovered while the reception will be held under a tent.

What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal – Formal.

Are there any colors or styles you’d prefer me to not wear?

Answer

Females please refrain from wearing white, cream, ivory, or any other shade of white.

What is the weather like in this area at this time of year?

Answer

At this time of year, the weather can range from mid 40’s to mid 60’s.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to our budget and space limitations, we simply cannot afford for each guest to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask you not bring a plus one, unless the guest has specifically been included in your invitation and guest count. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Due to our budget and space limitations, we simply cannot afford for each guest’s children to attend. Therefore, we have decided to host a 16+ wedding unless you have previously been notified. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Yes, please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies you have when you RSVP.

Answer

Yes, there is parking on site.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please head over to the "travel" tab for a list of the closest accommodations. A set of rooms have been blocked off at the Sturbridge Holiday Inn and Express as well as the Sturbridge Hampton Inn for Thursday 10/3, Friday 10/4, and Saturday 10/5.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Answer

There will be shuttle service to and from the venue from the Sturbridge Holiday Inn Express only. The departure time of the shuttle to Oakholm Farm Estate is 3:30pm - 3:45pm.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself! If you would like to honor us with an additional gift, you may visit the registry tab and contribute to a group cash gift, or purchase something from the Zola or Amazon registry which will be delivered to our home address. If you are purchasing something not on the registry, please also have it delivered to our home address (3250 S Pearl Street, Englewood, CO 80113). If sending something to our home address please try to have it arrive prior to October 1st or after October 8th as to not overwhelm our dog sitter. Additionally, a wedding card box will be at our reception.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We have hired a wonderful photographer, Lauren, who we have no doubt will capture every moment of our ceremony we are looking for. We would like for you to enjoy our wedding day and be as present as possible. Therefore, we are respectfully asking you to refrain from using any cell phones and or cameras during the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over, you are more than welcome to take photos so long as they do not interfere with what Lauren is capturing. Thank you for understanding!

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Yes! Please also scan the QR codes we will have at the wedding to upload any and all photos you take to a shared album!
