We're Getting Married

Adrienne and Marcus met at their place of employment five years ago. For their first date, they ate dinner at Outback Steakhouse and took in a movie following the dinner. In November of 2023, Marcus staged a surprise engagement party for Adrienne, and he pulled it off successfully, for she was indeed SURPRISED. He did it by asking her to meet him at a venue, but when she arrived, she began to look around the parking lot and questioned, as she noticed the cars of her relatives, "Why are they here?" Upon Adrienne entering the building, in the fashion of a traditional engagement, Marcus dropped to one knee to ask for Adrienne's hand in marriage, and many of his and Adrienne's family members were in attendance when he presented her with an engagement ring, and she said, "YES!" Over the years, since they met, the couple have developed an affinity for The Mayflower Restaurant, cooking, traveling to mountainous vacations and listening to Gospel and R&B music. Currently, the couple is looking forward to their wedding day and residing in their new home as Mr. and Mrs. Lawson.
