A girl walks into a bar...no joke, this is how the story begins. Adie was on her way to meet up with a friend on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and within two steps of the door, there was Ryan. Fresh from a trip out West, he started chatting about his Crater Lake hike, pulling on the heartstrings of the California girl. Her knowledge of transmission versus electron scanning microscopes wowed the microscope salesman, and it was love (and nerding out) at first sight.

With the onset of the COVID pandemic, we pivoted our original wedding plans and downsized our 200 person guest list to 9. It was a magical and extremely memorable day, but the key piece missing was the hugs and dance moves of our family and friends. We are unbelievably excited to properly celebrate with all of our loved ones.
