We recommend formal attire and kindly request attendees to avoid the following outfits: all-white outfits, all-black outfits, and excessively bright tones. ex: Men wearing all white suits or women in solid black dresses.
Upon arrival at the venue, Oak Hallow banners will be prominently displayed near the entrance gate. Proceed down a lengthy road until you reach four distinctive green and white buildings. Parking attendants will be available to assist in directing your vehicle to the designated parking area on the left-hand side. REMINDER: There will be NO children in attendance besides those participating in the ceremony. Also, NO "plus-ones" are allowed unless permitted in advance from the Bride and Groom. 2:15 pm - 3:00 pm
Kindly ensure that all electronic devices are silenced throughout the ceremony. While guests are welcome to capture videos and photos during the bride's entrance, we kindly request awareness of the official Photographer who will be documenting the ceremony. 3:15 pm - 4:00 pm
Guests are encouraged to mingle and enjoy refreshments and desserts at this time. The Bride and Groom will return to join the guests after a brief intermission. There will be a designated area for greeting all guests where the Wedding Photographer will be present to exclusively take photos with guests. DISCLAIMER: There will be NO reception and food will NOT be provided. There will be NO alcohol provided or permitted on the premises whatsoever.
4:00 pm
