Adam and Adrian grew up in the neighboring cities of Redondo Beach and Torrance, California. Upon graduating high school, they both attended their local community college, El Camino. They didn’t have any classes together as Adam studied math and computer science and Adrian had her eye on business school. Shortly after beginning college, they both got hired at the local Islands restaurant nearby. Adam ‘shot his shot’ a few times and remembers being left on ‘read’, but stayed persistent. It wasn’t long before he won her over as they both loved electronic music and attending festivals.
Adam made it official and asked Adrian to be his girlfriend on a date at an EDM (electronic dance music) concert. In 2015, Adam got into his dream university, USC, and Adrian got into CSUF in Orange County, but found a job at a restaurant in Downtown LA. This led to the two getting their first apartment together in Koreatown, where they spent 2.5 years searching for parking and questioning their sanity. In 2018, upon graduating college, they found jobs in Manhattan Beach and Irvine. They decided to make Long Beach home base, adopting two fur babies along the way, and it’s been home ever since. Over the years, Adam and Adrian have attended countless music festivals and shows together, and it has remained one of their favorite hobbies to do together.
It was time for their annual trip to Las Vegas for a large festival called EDC, but Adam had something different up his sleeve. On the final night of the event during the fireworks show, Adam asked Adrian to marry him under ‘the electric sky’.
On May 20, 2023, Adam and Adrian exchanged vows in a small ceremony at EDC. Just 5 months later, they will be celebrating with you all as two families become one.
