Driving to Rosarito

Villa del Paraiso is about a 30 minute drive from the border. Once in Mexico, you'll take the toll roads and enjoy the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. The cost for the toll roads is approximately $8 - $10 round trip. It is recommended to purchase Mexican insurance (https://www.bajabound.com/info/) if you decide to drive your vehicle across the border. However, that is up to your discretion. In our years of traveling to and from Baja, we have found Google maps to be the best resource for driving directions. When starting your trip, type in “Villa del Paraiso” as your destination, make sure to ALLOW TOLLS, and we’ll see you there! Please click the link below for more information and detailed map.

How to Get Back to the United States

If you're unable to stay until Monday, it is recommended to head out later Sunday as border traffic can be rough. Imagine your drive home from Vegas but with TSA...yikes! If you are driving, simply enter your destination and you can be led straight back to the San Ysidro border. Be sure to have cash for the toll road. For your convenience, wait times can be checked on the link below.
