Yes! We are registered at Bed, Bath, And Beyond and at Zola!

What time should I arrive at the Reception?

Answer

The reception will open at 6:00, feel free to grab a drink, find your table and make your dinner selection. Dinner will start at 6:30.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the DoubleTree in downtown Jefferson City. You can book your rooms on the Travel tab on our website.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Just give us a heads up. We will have a vegetarian option on the menu, and if there is something more specific please let us know! We'll make it happen!

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

We will be using the parking lot at the Winery. Please park towards the back of the parking lot, so that their restaurant patrons will have room to park closer to the hotel. Feel free to drop people off by the door and then go park. It is a gravel parking lot, so walking around may be a bit difficult for some. Thank you so much!

Is there transportation to and from the reception to the hotel?

Answer

Uber is available. We can also arrange rides if anyone is needing it. The hotel is 3 miles from the winery. Please don't leave any cars in the winery parking lot. Thank you!

Is there parking at the Ceremony?

Answer

There is limited parking directly around the Carnahan Memorial Garden. There will be parking nearby or you can enjoy a half mile walk from the hotel to the ceremony! We will confirm if there is a shuttle from the hotel as soon as possible.
