Question

What time will the ceremony begin?

Answer

The wedding ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm. So please give yourself a little time to walk from the parking lot to the pavilion to find your seat. If you are staying at the hotel and taking the shuttle, the shuttle will arrive around 3:15 and drop guests off for 3:45. The venue is 15 minutes from the Hotel Northampton.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are sorry, but there will be no children in attendance at our wedding. Think of it as a nice night out for Mom and Dad to let loose and have some fun!

What attire is required?

Answer

This is a formal evening wedding - so suit and tie for the gentlemen and a cocktail dress/jumpsuit for the ladies. Ladies, be advised that parking is on a well maintained gravel lot with some loose stone. But the venue is stamped concrete and wooden floors. Heels should be fine but also make sure you’re comfortable to dance the night away!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We have included a spot to check off if you have a food allergy on our RSVP section of the invitations. Please let us know if you have any allergies/dietary limitations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a gravel parking lot adjacent to the venue. It is a very short walk up a slight incline to the barn and pavilion. There are no stairs.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are providing a shuttle from the Hotel Northampton. It will pick up guests around 3:15 and then arrive back at the venue a little before the 10pm wedding end time to bring guests back to the hotel. We have left a spot in the RSVP section of our invitations for guests to indicate if they will be using the shuttle.

It will be indicated on your formal invitation if you have a plus one.
