We met at Great Mills High School in 2016. Andre was on his 2nd year of teaching PE & Health and I just started my 1st year teaching Art. Andre was a football coach and I was the new cheerleading coach. It all seemed like such a cliché! We started out as a great friends, but we couldn't deny the chemistry we had. Andre officially asked me to be his girlfriend Februry 20th, 2017. Andre proposed July 31st, 2021 in Savannah, Georgia. We visit Savannah regularly since Andre's mom moved there. Every time we visit, we go to Wormsloe State Park to take a picture. We wanted to keep the tradition going and this time Andre said to dress nice because we were going to dinner afterwards. Andre's mom snapped a few pictures of us and I thought everything was normal until Andre got on one knee and proposed. I was completely surprised! It was hands down the best day of my life and we are so excited for what the future holds! We can't wait for our wedding day to celebrate with all of you!
