Kauai is a beautiful place that Adara and I are so excited to share with you. Whether it’s your first time or if you’re a frequent flyer, we are happy to share our home with you all. I do have some recommendations for your trip here to help you enjoy the stay.
Our events will be on the West Side of Kauai, this is about an hour drive from the Lihue Airport. There are few resorts on the West Side, but the South Side features some of the best resorts Kauai has to offer. It is only a 20-30 minute drive from Poipu to Waimea. Air BnB and Turo are a way to go!
To prepare for your trip, we recommend packing for rainy weather. Koke’e State park gets lots of rain, but only for short periods. So bring a rain jacket and a pair of sandals. Slippas are always in style on Kauai.
Kauai is very country. There is only one Costco and Target, so we recommend to do your shopping while in Lihue.
