What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Attire Color: BLACK Please join us by wearing semi-formal black attire to help us create the elegant look we desire for our wedding. Examples for Men: a black suit jacket and black pants with a white or neutral colored shirt. **please avoid the following colors for your shirt: rust (reddish orange), english rose (champagne pink), and all black** Examples for Women: a cocktail or evening style black dress or pantsuit. We appreciate your accommodations as we wish to differentiate our guests from the wedding party.

Will the Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Heaters will be provided at the reception, but please bring anything you may need to keep warm.

Where do I Park?

Answer

The parking lot for our ceremony/reception is located just beneath our ceremony location: the Heartwood Forest. **more specific directions to come**

Is there an RSVP Deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP by February 21, 2024. **If we do not hear back from you by the RSVP deadline, your RSVP will be recorded as "no", and we cannot hold your seating/food arrangements**

Am I Allowed to Bring my Kids or a Plus One?

Answer

Due to the nature of our venue, our ceremony and reception is by invitation only. The only children invited will be those in the wedding party.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will not be an open bar. We kindly ask that you respect our decision to have an alcohol-free reception.
