WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Answer
The ceremony will start at five o’clock, but we recommend arriving twenty minutes early to make sure you are seated in a timely manner.

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?
Answer
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi-formal attire. Please no jeans or sneakers and we kindly ask you to reserve the colors cream, ivory, and white for the bride.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS INVITED?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our sweet flower girl. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a very great photographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you!

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
To help us with planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by September 25, 2024. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION?
Answer
No transportation necessary! The hotel is in the same development, directly across from our venue.

WHERE SHOULD WE PARK?

There is free parking all throughout the Ellis Preserve!

IS THE CEREMONY OUTDOORS?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour, reception, and after party will take place indoors!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
Yes! We will have a full bar supplying unlimited drinks all night long. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
