Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, they are! Feel free to bring your kids along. We ask you RSVP all those in your family that will be in attendance.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The days in Phoenix begin to cool down quickly by October, but still relatively warm compared to the rest of the US! By ceremony time at 4:00pm, the average temperature is 85 F with 15% humidity.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in a beautiful garden and orchard setting.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the garden ceremony, guests can linger in the garden for cocktail hour where we will be serving beverages. Jessica and Adam will take pictures with the photographers. Family and friends will be pulled aside to take pictures with the happy couple too!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

You may arrive up to a half hour before the start of the ceremony, as early as 4:00 PM, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free and Agritopia has ample parking for our guests. Look under the Schedule tab to see the address to our beautiful venue.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Guests are asked to reserve their own hotel; there is no hotel block. The two locations to consider booking your hotel is near the Rental House in Scottsdale or the Wedding Venue in Gilbert. Refer to the schedule tab for the addresses of each location.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

RSVP deadline is three weeks before the wedding, October 2nd, 2021. This will allow us to plan for the seating and catering head counts. You may conveniently RSVP online, on this website under the RSVP tab

What happens after the reception?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:00 PM, after which guests will send off the newlywed couple!
