Holly is a prosecutor and prior to Adam accepting a position with the U.S. Marshals, he was a major crimes detective attached to the U.S. Marshals fugitive apprehension task force. Adam tracked Holly's fugitive to Virginia & brought him back to Louisiana to stand trial. As soon as Adam walked into Holly's office to discuss the case, Holly was hooked! She even texted one of her now bridesmaids to "come see this hot cop in my office!" While we're planning our happily ever after, the fugitive is serving 99 well deserved years in Angola!

Holly thought they were going out for Taco Tuesday like they always do. Adam picked Holly up at the courthouse and suggested they walk to the restaurant which wasn't far. So they walked, cutting through the Covington Trailhead (which by the way was not on the way to tacos!). Adam suggested they sit down on a bench. He asked Holly if she knew what day it was... "uh... yea, Taco Tuesday..." On that date (November 12th) two years prior Adam had asked Holly on their first date while sitting on the same bench at the Trailhead. On November 12, 2019, Adam got down on one knee and asked Holly to be his family, to be his wife. After such a thoughtful and sweet proposal, Holly's response was "Are you serious?" Adam replied, "Uh yea, Holly... I'm down on one knee here... I'm pretty serious!" Needless to say we did not get tacos. Instead, we ended the night perfectly by celebrating with the boys (chicken nuggets & champagne!)
