Luis and Veronica met through mutual friends at a suburban backyard party when they were both 19 years old. The chemistry they felt that night was electrifying, Veronica fell for his kind eyes and Luis for her bright dimpled smile. Time and place took them in and out of each other's lives for the next few years, with Luis visiting Veronica when she lived in California, and then *officially* dating around age 25. Their adventures have only blossomed even larger with every month together. From playing with elephants in Thailand, to singing Bee Gees songs on a 12 hour winter drive, from moving in together and growing into a more unified couple, to spending quality time with each other's families and friends, no matter where in the world we travel to or if we are just watching TV at home together, I love you more than anything else, and I have never felt so contently complete with such a strong partner by my side. "Isn't today's date one to remember? February 22, 2020?" Luis asked Veronica as they walked through Jersey City towards the skyline view of New York City. After walking around the riverside for an hour or so (while the photographer made his way over), Luis knelt down on one knee, opened up the ring box, and let Veronica know how much he loved her and that he wanted to spend the rest of his life together. Veronica, smiling so wide full of delight, of course said Yes and began walking on clouds, as the photographer captured their embracing affection. Luis had then organized for close friends and family to celebrate that evening together, and so began the most beautiful time between a promise and a commitment, our official forever after.
