We aren't reserving hotel blocks anywhere in particular, as we want to give people maximum flexibility. 
We broke the close options down in 2 groups below. The first hotel is the closest to the venues for the Rehearsal Dinner and the Wedding itself. the other two are still pretty close to both, but really all three will require a Lyft/Uber to venues.
 
If you plan to rent a car and want more of a downtown experience, we can also point you to good hotels in downtown SLC if you prefer.
