Is the ceremony and reception inside or outside?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be outside, but if it rains or snows it will be held inside or under the pavilioon. The reception is indoors with outdoor dancing. Colorado weather can change quickly, so we suggest to bring a jacket.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We ask respectfully that you leave your kiddos at home or with our babysitter. The party is appropriate for only those 15 and older. We can arrange babysitting services, if you need them! Please let us know if you'd like to use these services, how many children and their ages so that we can plan appropriately.

Will shuttles be available or do I need to drive to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will be available from the Springhill Suites and Fairfield Inn. They will take guests to and from the hotels to the event center. Please use these services and do not drink and drive! All cars need to be removed from Bonnie Blue's property by 10am on Sunday. Those staying at other hotels or rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) may want to consider parking by these hotels and taking the shuttle service offered. There is plenty of parking at the event center, if you want to drive. The sheriff lives out by the event center, so be careful with your speed and do not drink and drive. We want everyone to arrive home safely. We will call you a special shuttle or Uber if needed!

Do I need cash for drinks?

Answer

The bar is an open bar - no cash needed! If you choose to leave a tip for great service, feel free to do so, but it is not expected.
