We went to hearts dance together in 2016 while we both were in high school. It was girls ask guys so I actually made the first move...! After Nick went off to college, he asked me to be his girlfriend in November of 2016. We have been inseparable ever since, even though we did long distance for 5 years of our relationship! You could say we are high school sweethearts even though Nick was technically out of high school when we started dating! The rest is history!!

We were strolling through central park for the second time when Nick found a gazebo and insisted we go take a break for a few minutes. This was plan B for his spot to propose... ironically plan A was a spot that was taken by a couple who were getting wedding pictures done...LOL. After about 5 minutes I got a little antsy and was ready to keep exploring, but Nick had to stall and I began to wonder what he was up to. I then texted two of my best friends saying "I THINK IT'S ABOUT TO HAPPEN!" He got down on one knee after saying "I love you so much Ab.." and truthfully, I don't remember much of what was said because I was so excited! The tears were flowing and then we were engaged! It was the perfect plan all along! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Columbus!
