Is there a dress code?

We would love to see everyone dressed up! The dress code is black tie optional.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to have everyone join our special day due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos. However, due to limited numbers and alcohol service, we hope you understand that our wedding will be kid free besides those participating in the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and to find your seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking onsite. However, it's important to note that if you plan on drinking, please plan accordingly. There are no Uber or Lyft services at night that will be available. We want to ensure that all of our guests leave safely. As we mentioned in the accommodation section if you stay at the Omni Charlottesville we WILL be providing transportation to the venue and back to the hotel periodically and at the conclusion of the night for our guests.
