Going into the summer of 2019, I had never planned to leave Mississippi to go to camp. All my family and friends told me I would get a girlfriend up there, and I thought they were all crazy! Then on my first day, you guessed it, I met Abbey, and I was immediately head over boots in love. But it got better; she couldn't resist the cowboy boots, blue jeans, and sleeveless shirts because she ended up beating me to the punch and asking me out. As the summer went on, we grew closer, and the hard day came when we had to leave each other. I was nervous our relationship would crumble once we were apart, but the opposite happened! With every day that seemed to fly by, we continued to grow closer and closer. After two years of long-distance with me taking occasional trips to visit her, I was finally able to move to Georgia, and the rest is history!

Jeremy & I met at Camp Paradise Valley in June of 2019. We were only friends for 11 days before we started dating (crazy, right?), but I knew he was the one. I remember asking Jeremy out & almost dying of a heart attack because I was so nervous, but I can tell you without hesitation that it was one of my life's best decisions. We have been dating for a little over three years, with 2 1/2 years being long-distance. Our long-distance relationship was a strong-willed journey. I learned that distance does make the heart grow fonder & that communication is everything in a relationship. Those short, sweet little moments we saw each other were cherished & I took nothing for granted. I wouldn't do anything to change that bittersweet rollercoaster we were on for so long. Flash forward, & Jeremy moved to Atlanta to be closer to me to begin a new chapter of our lives/relationship. Having Jeremy with me has been an absolute joy & I still do not take it for granted. I am beyond blessed to have a solid & Godly inspiration in my life, such as Jeremy. I wouldn't trade every laugh, tear, smile, or heartache for the world. What a beautiful journey we have been on so far. I love you, Jeremy.
