We're getting Married!

We met through mutual friends. I was looking for a semi formal date my sophomore year and asked my friend if her boyfriend had someone that might want to come. She thought of Tanner. He agreed to go with me and it was history ever since. We had the best time and started officially date a month later.

There is a tradition at Georgia Southern that if you walk around Sweetheart Circle 3 times, you will be together forever. Tanner and I had a trip planned to see friends in Savannah and I jokingly told him I wanted to walk around Sweetheart Circle. We planned to have dinner in Statesboro and he told me he wanted to go to Sweetheart Circle that night. I told him that we could wait to go on Sunday but little did I know he was planning to propose, photographer and all. I gave in and we went to Sweetheart Circle before dinner and he walked me to this area with beautiful flowers and greenery, got down on one knee, and asked me to marry him. It was perfect.
