Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is Semi-Formal! For men, please wear a suit with/without tie! For women, please wear a nice dress (cocktail length, floor length, and midi length are all acceptable) or a dressy pantsuit. No denim and no leggings. Please abide by this dress code. While we would prefer not to, you will be asked to leave if you are not in appropriate attire. Prior to the wedding, you can always double-check with the wedding planner to see if your dress is appropriate.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we do appreciate everyone's children wanting to participate in the special day, we have a very strict guest count for the venue. Only children in the wedding party are included in the guest count. We cannot accommodate anyone under the age of 18 at the wedding. If it is not feasible to leave your children at home, we understand that you will not be able to attend.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony and reception are connected. Parking is available at the end of the property. A golf cart will bring guests from the parking area to the ceremony and reception area. If a guest is unable to ride on the golf cart, they can be immediately dropped off at the ceremony and reception area, and other members of the party can park the car.

Can I bring a date?

We do have an incredibly strict guest count at the venue. Please only bring a date if it is specified on your invitation. We have tried our hardest to ensure that everyone will know at least someone else at the wedding, so "Plus Ones" have been strategically assigned with this in mind.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please at least let us know if you already have a conflict and will be unable to attend. That way, we can adjust the guest list and seating as soon as possible. However, formal RSVPs are not expected until invitations are sent out.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! There will be a shuttle from the Sheraton in McKinney that will bring guests to the venue.

Will the wedding be unplugged?
Answer
Yes! We are asking for all phones to be away during the ceremony. We have a photographer and a videographer who will be documenting the ceremony, so please just enjoy yourself and be present in the moment without taking any photos! At the reception, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you desire! Please refrain from posting any photos on social media before the bride and the groom .

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
On your formal RSVP (once formal invitations are sent out), a space is available to include any dietary restrictions.

Where should we bring a wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 211 23rd Street, Unit C, Waco, TX 76701. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
