Question
How do we get to the venue? Is there parking?
Answer
The wedding venue has limited parking for vendors only, please read below for the best options to get there! We do recommend utilizing rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft. As you approach the venue, please be aware that the entrance is discreet; however, a dedicated parking attendant will be available to guide your driver. Kindly instruct your driver to drop you off before turning into the driveway, as maneuvering within it may be restricted. Should you prefer to drive yourself, parking is conveniently located nearby at Crossfield Elementary School (2791 Fox Mill Rd, Herndon, VA 20171). A parking attendant will be stationed there to assist you. From this location, a brief shuttle ride will transport you to the venue. Please give yourself ample time if you are choosing to park at this lot, ensuring a smooth transition to our celebration. (Shuttle rides will conclude at 3:45pm, please arrive to this lot no later than 3:35pm). Though this parking lot is within walking distance, we advise against walking to or from the venue due to the winding nature of the road, particularly after the reception when it's dark out.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 3:45. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4pm and any late guests will be asked to perform an interpretive dance during the ceremony.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited to our wedding. All invited members of your party will appear on the RSVP form. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?
Answer
We adore children, but in order to ensure all our guests can relax and enjoy themselves, we've chosen to host an adults-only (18+) celebration. We hope you enjoy a night away from parental duties!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see you dressed up for the occasion, please wear semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi-length dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. Please no jeans. (Bridesmaids will be in magenta in case this impacts what you choose to wear).

What shoes should I wear?
Answer
The venue is on grass, so we recommend anything but a stiletto heel! Heel stoppers will be available if needed. (Oh and gentlemen - please no flip flops)

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We plan to have our wedding outside with a tented reception. In the event of inclement weather, we will communicate our "Plan B" with you with as much advance notice as possible.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
Dinner will be served buffet-style with options for those with dietary restrictions. Icons will communicate dietary needs on the menus. For those with severe allergies, please know that cross-contamination is a possibility and you are welcome to bring whatever food you feel most comfortable enjoying.
