WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE ?

Answer

You MUST RSVP by MAY 30, 2024. We have to provide a final headcount to our venue and vendors, so it is very important that we meet the deadline. Therefore, WE WILL NOT BE accommodating any late RSVP's

WHAT IF IM NOT ABLE TO ATTEND ?

Answer

If your plans change, please update your RSVP response ASAP using this same link. There is a chance of limited attendance and your spot can be given to someone who is able to attend. We will appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to adjust our plans accordingly.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ?

Answer

While we love and adore your little ones, we have decided that our ceremony and reception will be an ADULT-ONLY event. Take the night off and relax a little bit!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE ?

Answer

Our wedding is STRICTLY invite-only. Unfortunately, we can accommodate ONLY those listed only on your invitation. Again you will need to RSVP to attend.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is UNPLUGGED. As much as we know you want to capture these special moments, we have hired a professional photographer and videographer. We'd like to ask that you REFRAIN from taking photos and videos during the ceremony so it does not block or interfere with our media team. AFTER the ceremony....FLICK it upppppp! Remember, use the hashtag #WatkinsDownTheAisle2024 if you post pictures or videos.

PARKING

Answer

We are providing FREE valet & heavily secured parking to our guest , both are handicapped accessible. Feel free to pull up to the venue in your all black attire and leave the parking to the valet service we have provided for you.

CAN I MAKE ANY SPECIAL PERSONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS,PROPOSAL, PREGNANCY ANNOUNCEMENTS, ETC.)

We kindly and respectfully ask that you keep this day about the Bride and the Groom ONLY. You can make any announcement at YOUR own planned event that the Mr. and Mrs. would be honored to attend if you invite us to celebrate with you. However, we have asked you to celebrate our new union ONLY, so PLEASE act accordingly. Thank you in advance!
