-All guests are required to wear face masks upon arrival at our venue. Masks are not required while eating or drinking. -Guest tables will be place a minimum of 6 feet apart with no more than 10 guests per table. -Buffets: The Bell Event Centre staff will serve all foods to guests. -Face masks are required among all employees. Information has been and will be provided to staff on proper use of face masks. -Conducting temperature checks on employees prior to the start of their shift. -Ensuring adequate supplies to support healthy behaviors such as soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, & disinfectant wipes. -Posting signs in highly visible locations that promote everyday protective measures & describe how to stop the spread of germs such as by properly washing hands. -Communicating with vendors about COVID-19 procedures & expectations. -Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces before, during &after each event.
The reception is at the same location as the ceremony! If you are invited to the ceremony, you are invited to stick around for the reception following a reset of the room.
There is a parking lot at the Bell Center with about 90 spots, but if you are able to car pool with another, please try to do so!
If your invitation includes your children’s names, then they are very welcome to attend! If you have a child under 2, they are not included in the guest count and you can bring them if you would like to!
Formal attire is recommended, but please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in!
