If you are interested in staying at the Villa where the wedding ceremony will be hosted, please contact the Bride for information on the stay and reserve your spot at the Villa. We have this booked for three nights April 29th, 2024 - May 2nd 2024.

Hotel Borgo di Cortefreda

Additional lodging can be found here, which is approximately 3.5km from the wedding venue. We suggest booking sooner rather than later if the Villa books up quickly. Please email info@borgodicortefreda.com with the subject line “Abbie & Chase wedding”. We have blocked 10 Classic Rooms for April 30th-May 2nd. If you would like a Superior Room, please specify in your email to the hotel. The cost of the Classic Room is 140 Euros and includes breakfast. The deadline to get payment to the villa is December 1st.

Rental Car

Amerigo Vespucci Airport

We suggest to make a rental car reservation for easiest travel. The wedding venue is 35 minutes outside of Florence. A taxi to the venue is possible, however, to get around Tuscany, you will need a vehicle to do so. We are planning to do a wedding shuttle for the wedding night. But other activities will need a vehicle.

This is an Airbnb located close to the wedding venue. If the first two lodging options above are at full capacity, we suggest searching for an Airbnb rental for the night of the wedding. To make sure you are as close to the venue as possible, search in Airbnb Barberino Val d’Elsa / Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, Tavarnelle Barberino 50028. If we have guests stay at properties other than the designated Villa, we will arrange a shuttle for wedding day transportation. Please contact the Bride about where you will be staying.

Flight

Florence Airport, Peretola

Florence will be the closest airport to fly into. Here you can arrange flights, taxi service, or shuttle. This is conveniently located 35 minutes from the wedding venue if your arrival/departure flight is pretty close to the wedding date. If you fly directly from the U.S., we suggest arriving a few days before the wedding to adjust to the timezone. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact the Bride.
