Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel

UPDATE: The hotel block at the Renaissance is full Standard Check-in time is 4:00pm on the day of arrival, check out time is 11:00am of the day of departure. Early check in request is based on availability. Late check outs can be requested at the front desk upon arrival and is based on availability (Fees may apply). Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the ceremony. If you choose to return to the hotel after the ceremony, a shuttle will be available for transportation to the reception and back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Hyatt Regency Schaumburg, Chicago

Please call the hotel to arrange a drop off to the welcome event. The shuttle stops around 9:30pm. The day of the wedding, the shuttle will take guests from the Hyatt Regency to the reception at Chandler’s at 4:45pm and 5:15pm. There is no shuttle available for after the reception. Please be safe, drink responsibly, find a designated driver, or order an Uber or Lyft.
