There are many Airbnbs and Vrbos in the area if you prefer a house, apartment, or condo. These locations may be closer to the wedding venue than the hotels and be able to accommodate a large party in one home instead of multiple hotel rooms.

Dulles International Airport

Dulles International Airport (IAD) is the most convenient airport to Leesburg, VA. The hotels are a 20 minute drive from both the airport and the venue. For International Family: IAD is closest airport to the wedding location, but is not closest airport to the Leonberger household. Please contact Joanne to help you with your flight plans.

Driving Directions to the Venue

All navigation apps will take you to Riverside on the Potomac. Please use the address: 44337 Spinks Ferry Road, Leesburg, VA 20176 To the Venue from Virginia: Continue on 15 past Roots and Brossmans Farm Market. You will pass Lucketts Elementary School. When you arrive at the stoplight directly after the elementary school, turn right. Pass the fire station and antique store on both sides. Continue on Lucketts Road until it turns into Lost Corner Road. Once at the end of Lost Corner Road, you will come to a T with the gravel road known as Spinks Ferry Road. Turn left on to Spinks Ferry Road and follow until wedding signage directs you to parking. The the Venue from Maryland: Once you have taken the bridge over the Potomac continue on 15. Pass a gas station on your right and then one on your left. Quickly after, make a left hand turn off of 15 onto St. Clare Lane. Follow St. Clare Lane until it makes a T with Lost Corner Road and Lucketts Road. Turn left onto Lost Corner Road. Once at the end of Lost Corner Road, you will come to a T with the gravel road known as Spinks Ferry Road. Turn left on to Spinks Ferry Road and follow until wedding signage directs you to parking.
