Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be located at the same venue on private property. The exact address will be shared on the invitations. Please feel free to request the address ahead of time but we do not feel comfortable putting the address on the website.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

If you have a dietary restriction, please reach out to the bride or groom as soon as possible. We're happy to accommodate as long as we are aware ahead of time.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

As beautiful as Sonoma is in June, we anticipate the weather will be hot during the ceremony. Once the sun starts to go down, the temperature will drop and we recommend guests have a light jacket or shawl to stay warm!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 6pm so we encourage guest to arrive up to 30 min early.

How should I get there? Will there be parking on site?

Answer

The only way to get to the venue is with a car. We will share exact location and detail for arriving closer to the wedding date, but we recommend family members carpool if possible. There will be parking at the venue.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are very sorry, but we are unable to extend the invitations to children. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The majority of the wedding will be held outdoors, but there will be indoor restrooms. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will all be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

What will be the food situation?

Answer

We understand the for the majority of our guests there is a significant time difference. We will have a cocktail hour that will include light hors d'oeuvres followed by dinner. Dinner will be family-style with a few different entrées for guest to try. The food will be delicious so come hungry!
