'Three Doors Down' isn't just everyone's favorite 00's butt rock band, it's also the nickname Aaron gave Madison when he realized they lived just a block away from each other after matching on a dating app one fall day. At the neighborhood dive bar nearby, it took just one order of boiled peanuts and two vodka pineapples for Madison to announce to her friends later that night, "He's not so bad, he just talks a lot." September 2023, after almost two years together, Aaron and Madison found themselves on the breathtaking cliffs of Northern Ireland, near the Giant's Causeway. They were here for their friends' wedding, taking a few photos before the rehearsal dinner. After their photos, as Madison started to leave, Aaron got down on one knee and pulled out a little red box. He was met with a quick 'Oh, f@%k off!' as Madison was sure he was joking, followed by a barrage of questions about who else knew, if he'd asked her parents and where he got the ring. Aaron had to remind Madison she hadn't given an answer, and his leg was cramping. They spent the rest of the week showing off the ring to any Irishmen who would listen. At our wedding, we're most excited for everyone to commune in one beautiful place together as family.
