FAQ's

Hello Everyone, Since the start of the pandemic, Oahu has had a maximum capacity of ten people for social gatherings. On March 26th, the Governor announced a new 100 person maximum capacity. Due to the changes in the restrictions, we have had to change plans appropriately. We are extremely excited to share this special day with our loved ones and we will continue to post updates on our website as the date gets closer! With love, Celina + Aaron
Question

Should we be worried about COVID-19?

Answer

Your healthy and safety are extremely important to us. We will have temperature checks upon arrival and masks available for all attendants. We plan to continue with the wedding and monitor the situation closely.

Question

Do I need to get a COVID test?

Answer

Currently, the only way to defer the 10-day mandatory quarantine is to receive a negative COVID test within 72 hours of travel from a Trusted Travel Partner. For a list of the Trusted Travel Partner's see https://hawaiicovid19.com/travel-partners/. For more information on travel to Hawaii during COVID please check out https://hawaiicovid19.com/travel/.

Question

Where do I fly in?

Answer

Daniel K. Inouye International Airport will be the appropriate airport as the wedding will be on the island of Oahu. The wedding venue is about 40-50 minutes from the airport so we recommend booking an Airbnb/hotel closer to the venue around Kailua/Kaneohe.

Question

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Hawaii Semiformal. Men: Dress shirt or collared shirt, dress pants or slacks. Tuxedo/suite not required. Women: Cocktail dress, long dressy skirt & top, or dress up in evening gown! Wedges or flats are recommended. Please note: The wedding ceremony & reception will both take place outdoors on grass. The reception area will be covered with a tent but it wouldn't hurt to bring a light jacket in case it gets chilly!

Question

Where do I park at the venue?

Answer

Once you enter Kualoa Ranch, head towards the left side of the Ranch (when facing the mountains). Follow the road between the buildings towards the mountains. Continue past the buildings up the road towards Paliku Gardens. Paliku Gardens is nestled just below the mountains. Free parking is available on the lawns directly adjacent to the site (to the right when facing the mountains)

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions (allergies, etc.)?

Answer

Please reach out to Celina or Aaron ASAP for accommodations.

Question

Will you guys be hosting any other event outside the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

We are still planning out the details for our reception dinner and possibly an informal beach day Tuesday! We will update you all with any additional schedule changes as they occur!

Question

How long should we plan to stay in Oahu?

Answer

It is your preference! We will be there from Monday 06/21 until Wednesday 06/30.

For all the days along the way
