Is there transportation to and from the hotel and the venue?
Answer
We will not be providing a shuttle between the hotel and venue. There is ample parking at the venue, and space to camp if you choose.

What is on the menu?
Answer
We are having an Italian Buffet for dinner. There is a meat option and a vegetarian option included in the buffet. For our guests who are vegan, we will have a vegan plate made for you, and kids 12 and under will be served mac & cheese. Our venue will be making some wood fired pizzas for a late night snack.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please contact Abby or Aaron with any dietary needs, so we can make sure everyone is happily fed on our big day!

What is the bar situation?
Answer
We will be hosting a keg of beer and some bottles of red and white wine. In addition, there will be a fully stocked cash bar.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
No! Come dressed as you would like. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and there will be lots of fun outdoor games for you to enjoy throughout the day, so you might want to take that into consideration.
